β β β β β Went there for yesterday lunch, asked for golden crunch meal, no stocks, asked for snack plate combo, chicken no stocks. Ended up buying burger, even i want to upsize my drink to large also cannot as the large paper cup had run out of stocks as well as per told by the staff there.
Then they told me Chinese New Year supplier no stocks, that's why. Acceptable reason? For me i don think so. Dear KFC HQ please take note on this, can consider to not to open for business since the main thing you guys selling also NO STOCKS, tq.

β β β β β This is one of the nearest KFCs to me so I usually take away from here. Service is ok, there's room for improvement but let's face it, they probably wouldn't bother. At least they're not rude! and they usually accommodate my requests to change certain items for other items ?
Food is ok also. Can't say its bad because I mean... its kfc hahahaha. Probably would come back ?

β β β β β Slowest and the worst KFC In Malaysia, Stupid staff, two serve 2 customer they took more than 30 minutes, standing in queue felt like decades, than they are following different level of SOP. Staff is having fun chit chatting, having there snacks behind the counter.
Customer are standing in queue like fools.
Most Worst KFC Franchise in Malaysia. I wish I could give a ZERO STAR...

β β β β β Very poor service. The sauce is empty at 11 o'clock in the morning. The staff are too lazy too top up the sauce dispenser!

β β β β β So me and my GF came here for the first time after awhile and noticed something is off with the staff here.
For some unknown reason, one of the staff here, name M******s, is very bossy and rude when it comes to serving customers. Telling my GF to turn off the water tap with a very rude tone is not okay.

3)Keep giving Breast Meat, even though i said "No Breast Meat" before i pay!!
I pay to have a nice and good meal, not to pay and have this kind of attitude and meal!!

3)No zipper for packing.
4)Funny thing is, I didn't go there yesterday without chicken? !kfc don't have chickenοΌ?
5)It closes at eight o'clock.

β β β β β Brought my son to have their fried chicken. Was told that they have ran out of chicken and this is at 2pm. Utterly disappointed. This is KFC we are talking about. Time to remove that FC from your name. Just call yourself Kentucky
