★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gotteshaus!...i just like them as a team. I don't want to mention names but you guys are just amazing. From award of contract till handover my place to me. Errmm.....they are very friendly and easy to work with. Although there were some minor defects during handover but u guys came back to make good everything. I am happy about it. As for pricing, i would say worth spending as you guys did all the coordinations. Bravo Gotteshaus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Gotteshaus team for helping me to complete my project timely. I would like to give credits to Henrick and Kim for making sure things were handled very professionally. I wanna share some of my past renovation experiences here. I am not the first timer to renovate my office and home, i have even tried to engage my sub-contractors to renovate my other property for rental purpose (thought it would be a simple job and cheaper option), managed it all by myself and guess what?...turned up to be a total mess. Trust me guys, it was a disaster dealing with so many workers until my wife and I got into many rounds of quarrel (i asked her to help supervise the workers sometimes, wrong message was conveyed to the installer and ended up things done wrongly, got to redo, longer reno duration! Some other IDs that i have worked with were very good in design but lack of project management experience (just sharing my thought). I honestly think management is much more important than design.
Gotteshaus has given me many professional advices during the reno process. Their price is not the cheapest, but i think it is reasonable (after i have done some comparisons with other ID contractors). Worth engaging them as my ID main contractor as they handles everything for me from A to Z, frequent updates of site progress, dealt with my building management to comply their requirements (trust me it is very time consuming) friendly staffs (especially Kim), but all others are generally nice people to meet.
Thank you again Gotteshaus. Highly recommended to home owners. Wish you guys great success in whatever you guys are doing!....cheers.
