★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 hours queuing to pick up bags as a rider, very bad service, guests had to stand/ sit on the floor for 3 to 4 hours, grab tk provide a seat for guests who come, I hope you improve this problem, with arrogant staff not customer friendly , very unsatisfactory service, sohai u tony

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place with big parking area but parking charges are like in the shopping mall. If you park for long hours maybe due to training, etc, then you will be charged high. Outside free parking are limired especially during weekdays

Customer have questions then they come to you. All you need is be gentle and explain clearly to whose come to you. They come to you probably with an issue which facing some problem.
Really desperate my day with an unfriendly service crew which verbal at the back of people.
Ruin my day and mood!!!
P/s: service crew at counter 11&12 on 16/3/2022 morning section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queueing system is ridiculous. You are listed in Nasdaq but still practicing a 3rd world system at home.
Can't even provide a better queueing service to your riders and partners. You make them stand to queue outside the building while very few counters are opened. Inside the office, there's no sound to call a number. My number was called but since there's no sound, I just keep sitting for few minutes until I saw my number on the TV. Your staff just waited in their comfortable desks and there were no effort from your staff to call out my number.
More kiosk or outlets should be opened to attend to your riders/partners needs. Your queueing system is worst than Klinik Kesihatan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service inside is fast and the staff that attend me is very polite.The atmosphere inside is very welcoming,the only thing they should improve is the queue.Please improve this by offering a ticketing system.A lot of people have to wait on a very hot day and some of them are even in their 60s.The parking oh my,dont get me started. 5 ringgit for one hour? Are you kidding bro?
