Hotel is quite old but maintenance is good. Toilet smells and there is room for improvement. Food is acceptable. Service is reasonable. There's reasonable facilities for the differently abled. There are designated smoking areas. Overall, it's an average hotel.

Spacious rooms and good view nearest metro station is chow kit (Monorail route). They have Indian restaurant in the hotel. Food is okay okay not that tasty. Hotel service is good but limited water bottles 2 per day in a room. Lol that’s a joke. Overall staff is cool. Had a good time

Very Good Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Indian food, good hospitality, well maintained, spacious rooms. Near by to all tourist places. You can easily take monorail or express rail to go near by places to explore. There is Money changer in the first floor you can get good value for money compared to outside.

Really like the hotel. One star deducted because no hand towels in room, the tea kettle powerpoint was not working, WC was quite old design and inconvenient to use and no charging ports for devices near the bed or on desk. Located in central KL. Super spacious rooms, excellent view of the city, breakfast buffet had good variety. Very helpful and courteous staff. Overall a very good experience.

Firstly, the interior design is pretty good and the food was good and fresh, no complaint on that, but when it comes to the room service and quality, that's where it goes bad. When we entered the hotel room we saw stains on the bedsheets, the chair, the curtains, etc there were no plug points anywhere else in the room to charge phones or other gadgets so wet had to use the plug points of the lamps, speaking of lamps thete was no proper lighting in the room other than that of the windows tho it had a terrific view, even the service had many flaws, once they clean a room they'll miss something or the other to replace, a socket point stopped working after sometime too

We stayed for two times in this hotel. Very tall building. Services are good. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Rooms are clean. Room rates are reasonable. But there is no shopping mall within the walking distance.

2 stars for the price of RM30 per room but provide only one towel. Lol. The nasi lemak from DCafe Prihatin was served cold and suspected made yesterday and refrigerated. Just hope we dont get a tummy ache later. The room was such in disrepair that we decided to not stay another night. The place itself is run by volunteers. And several lifts were not working and not being repaired. Would I ever come again? Maybe not.

Busy hotel with comfortable and beautifully furnished rooms. Good room service. Friendly and polite staff. The best one is the buffet breakfast. Lots of varieties and delicious food. Extremely satisfactory and filling.
