β β β β β Not good service 1. when booking tickets, told me 2:30pm on time but actually bus leaving 3:10pm, u have to wait 40+ mins in the heat 2. One staff told me can get off @ KLCC, but when checking tickets, bus driver told me can not. So i call back agnecy to check. Their attitude is poor, and hang off My phone

β β β β β Terrifying service. Despite of lockdown order agency still refuse to allow dates ammendment of tickets. Bought two tickets from them and dates could neither change date or refund. Rude attitide from lady at the counter.saying if we cant afford then dont buy.totally unreasonable. Most horrible experience ever.

β β β β β Bought a bus ticket the night before for 10am departure. Showed up at 915, waited 90 minutes, no bus showed up and the agency was closed. No one answered either phone number. This is a big time scam.
Went a few doors down and bought a ticket from Billion Stars and it worked out well. Do not use Grassland. Shame on you for these business practices, especially during a public heath crisis.

β β β β β I bought a ticket from grassland agency to Singapore on 19 Jan 2020@930pm and cost rm70 each person Bus instead they gave triple kkkl bus. When I asked the lady who gave the ticket she verbalized that we will be transfered to grassland bus in Sungai nibong. It was a lie. Verbalized by the driver that this is the bus going to singapore... It was very disappointing as I was wearing shorts and with confidence that I will grassland bus which they provide blanket... Even my friend told that they too faces the same type of Incident from the same GRASSLAND agency in komtar penang. Plzzzz don't buy any bus ticket from her. Even the bus driver also soo rude.
