β β β β β We went to Europe with Lye Peng last year. The trip was so fun and good hotels and really palatable food in restaurants. We also went to the Hollywood Restaurant. Saw some faMous artists signature and hand prints on the frames hanging on the wall. The fish n chips was so delicious with inviting environment. With the money paid, worth traveling again with Lye Peng. Thank you so much.

β β β β β A bad idea for choosing this tour company, paid around RM16k(family of 5 person ) for the tour to Korea during the fair which is the final price, first the flight date was on 21/12/19 and they said due to lack of people in the tour group they need to change it to 24/12 /19, ok fine with that, after that they want another RM500 (100/ppl) for no reason, they said if we dont pay the RM500 they will cancel our trip, which is unable to understand, beside that they said everything was included everything for the skiing gear, reach there, it say they don't include the helmet and goggles and the gloves, for the skiing you need to rent with your own money, they did not think for the safety of us customers, and also the guide over there changes the plan of the trip to suit 'their schedule'. Places that needed plenty of time to spend was remove and add in some unwanted places to go. Like seriously WTH mate, do have a serious consideration on your deals and stuff, dont simply charge people additional charges without a good reason, or threat people with cancelling their plan if they dont pay the additional charges. Why should I pay extras when you delay our trip which is seriously your fault for unable to find enough customer for the bus. And don't simply promise people that everything is included if you know there are things that we customers need to pay additional.

β β β β β Mr Albert was kind enough to handle what my needs and not to mention the super nice Mr Okawa that have me made the choice of taking their Japan Hokkaido tour. The company premises can be improve though by giving customer a temporary parking space at the front since it is very hard to find parking place.
