★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was fine. Breakfast was include but there was a jar of jam with ants. A peanut butter and bread. Which we never ate. Secondly there was no one to recieve or to carry the bags up ay 2nd floor. We had to do everything by ourself. and the location is in the residential area. Soo far from mall and metro station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable but too strict on the person can stay there. If you pay for 2 persons only, only that 2 can enter the residence. The others can only wait outside in your car. Even when you send that 2 person and lift their bags into the room, the owner mentions like 1000 times that only 2 persons can enter the room. What a nonsense. Not friendly at all. Not to mention, you cant park in the house when its totally no car inside. You still have to park outside even you pay for the parking. Third one its in the residence area. Too far to go inside. But One Utama is near enough. You can only walk to go to that mall. But overall, not a good experience here. Better go find another place to stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People should be aware that this place might not exactly be what you will call "a pleasant stay".
The cleanliness of the house and the room makes me question every bit of the money paid, not to even mention the inconvenience of the location being in the mid of a very tight residential area. Owner asked for extra payment for parking (which was reasonable) till we arrive at the area, and we start questioning why are we paying extra to park our cars at the roadside while it is clearly unsafe and parking at our own risk.
The attitude of the customer service was okay - pretty welcoming I would say, but be aware of the owner staying opposite of the premise, you might not be able to even stay there (or getting a full refund when they ask you to remove yourself from the premise) if they think you are 'causing any trouble to them'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are expecting for a pleasant stay, this is definitely not the place to go to.
Despite the customer service being extremely welcoming & helpful, the owner of the premises might chase you off when they deemed you are not 'following their rules.' What happened to us was, we booked 4 ROOMs for 4 of us. It was a friend's birthday so we decided to bring over some balloons to celebrate with her. However, while the owner (who stays opposite of the premise) saw us with the balloons, he immediately stopped us and offered to refund FULLY to us as he mentioned that there should be no celebration in the premise. While it was not mentioned earlier that no celebration is allowed, we too understand that the location is within housing areas, we should not be making any noise and causing any trouble to the owner. Hence, we decided to agree upon that offer and leave to another location - risking to ruin every single plans of ours. What really upset us was, the owner refused to refund 100% to us - even though it was agreed from the beginning and we only checked in to one of the four rooms we booked. To be frank, the money was not the issue, but we ruined our plan to be considerate & the trust was broken.
On top of the incident, we would also like to point out that the premises is in a really bad condition in terms of cleanliness, location & convenience. First of, the fridge in the common area is extremely disgusting & dodgy and not to the mention there is a weird smell lingering in the room. Secondly, it was mentioned in the T&C that we have to pay for extra parking - but honestly it was a really tight & old housing area, it was really difficult to find a parking spot, not to even mention the safety & convenience of it.
In conclusion, we are writing this not in the hope of ruining the business for the owner, but we hope to highlight that if you are holding a balloon you better think twice. Jokes aside, we hope that the owner of the premises can review on the condition of the house & also the attitude of treating other human.
