★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only got to spend one night here. Breakfast really basic. The hotel itself is pretty clean. All just within walking distance. The amenities need to be upgraded, in my opinion. Had to wait in line for a long time, not good enough. Not worth your money and time.

Rooms were small but clean.
Some updating is needed as wallpapers are tearing
Poor sound-proofing. TVs was loud from two rooms away that interfered our sleep at 1am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are a bit on the small side. By far the comfiest beds i've slept in. On the walkaway, they provide you hot and cold water dispenser. There were people shouting down the corridor at 12 midnight. Lighting was good. The bathroom was very very nice. The bathroom was always spotlessly clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, the location is unique. Its near to all the areas of kl with multiple point of exits everywhere. Strategic in terms of variety of amenities everywhere around the hotel. The staffs r very friendly, helpful and they are always with a pleasant smile and greetings as well.
The room itself was quite spacious and very comfortable. Lift is available n it's working work. They do have a vending machine which could have been extremely for those in need. The vending machine not only offers coffee, but a portable charger and even the parking ticket itself. U don't have to go outside n b searching for basic necessities. It was so thoughtful of the hotel management to come up with this kind of brilliant idea. Overall, the stay in this hotel has been a pleasant one.kudos to them!
