★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The movie indeed was good but not the place i chosen this placed because its less crowded than ioi city mall where almost all the seats are all occupied i left with no choice but to come to this place the toilet is very far since the other one is closed ive noticed the worker is lazy no checking ticket just ice lemonade and coke and the seats is old and smelly like and old carpet has not been washed overall its not too crowded as you can watch the movie peacefully the only thing is the seats and the smell inside the hall
things to improve is the worker need to learn some customer service courtesy and prepared for all the drinks and food and lastly please spray some febreeze to the old seats since its too smelly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great cinema for weekdays or weekend movies. Comfortable seatings. Friendly staff. Got stall just outside the cinema so that if you're in a hurry you can always buy foods or drinks from there instead of have to run to concession area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The requirements to get in is ridiculous because we had to wait 10 minutes because they said they need to "organise customers" and they also said that they don't want customers to buy food and get out even tho its our own money.
This place is very outdated on covid rules..
And everyone needed to wait outside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for jurassic world dominion. Line up for popcorn before enters for movie and i guess they went offline and only allowed for cash payment. So hubs have to rush for atm.
Inside toilet also not clean. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concessions - only Water, Coke or Ice Lemon Tea available, nothing else. No hot drinks.
Food, only Caramel Popcorn but I'd avoid it ... tak cukup caramel.
Toilets - the one near Hall 6 is closed and the notice is placed at the toilet, ensuring you get your steps in for the day before they make you walk all the way to the other end of GSC. Yippee, more steps.
After all that, the seats in the cinema felt just a little too close together.
A shout out to GSC, pay some attention to this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When buying movie tickets, never buy the e-combo drinks/food. When it's time to pick it up at the cinema, you'll have to bear a very long queue, much longer than the regular lane. Since you already paid, you're at the mercy of GSC. If you hadn't prepaid, you could've just walked away.
Our show was scheduled at 9.30pm. With trailers and commercials, the actual movie will probably start at 9.40pm. I started queueing at 9.20pm, reached the counter 10.00pm, collected my order and finally entered cinema at 10.10pm. So basically missed 1/3 of the movie. Great.
So lesson here. GSC E-combo is a scam. Avoid avoid.
