โ โ โ โ โ Good points: convenience in a shopping mall where you can shop, dine, have a movie then coffee. Itโs relatively clean and appealing in the lobby. Try the discounted tickets on certain day and free birthday vouchers.
As a constructive advice; the seats are small, narrow and your view may be blocked by those seated in front as seats are not tiered high enough. Hope management can improve on this. Personally I prefer TGV cinema seating next door at Paragon.
Above all, do speed up F&B counter service. It is taking ages to get served.

โ โ โ โ โ The website and mobile app are totally not useful! Page unresponsive all the time as I book so many times and try to proceed for checking out! There is a promotion about aeon credit card buy 1 free 1 but its totally not responded!

โ โ โ โ โ Bad experience after the MCO. Bought the earliest schedule at 10.15am.. the snacks counter is not open on time... The theatre's floor is full of popcorn, it is so dirty everywhere... I thought GSC will give it's customer a good new experience but sadly the condition is even worse than before... Hope GSC management team reads my comments here

โ โ โ โ โ Nice cinema with 12 halls. Suggested to order the ticket online. The counter is closed and customers will need to learn how to use the kiosk and made payment.

โ โ โ โ โ I like the design of the lobby here compared to the neighbour TGV. Huge posters hanging over your head and lots of huge-scale movie replicas on display.
Self ticketing kiosks are a plenty, but like TGV here the candy bar squeezes everyone on the same line. This makes it inefficient if people keep changing their orders; makes the line clog up with no room for people who already pre-ordered their snacks.
It's cool to note that Malaysian cinemas even have curry puff, fishballs and what not, as part of the regular candybar menu at an affordable price.

โ โ โ โ โ Like the early bird program from GSC, which give us discounted tickets, specially like me weekly movie theater visitor.
They have great pop corns which keep our mouth busy while watching ??
Also they have a instant coffee maker now within the cinema Costa coffee ?
Very convenient and fast to get a hot coffee inside the chilling movie theatre. It is a great decision to have it.
