β β β β β Customer service is quite good, along with sales people there being friendly and helping. The prices are sometimes quite high but the servicing and warranty is good. Also have occasional discounts but a go to place for tech products for me due to how close this place is to my area

β β β β β Bad policy. Policy to protect their own fault. Bought some electric adapter on their recommendation and I end up returned as it did not function as he confirms to be. So, no refund and asked me to buy some other things which i do not required for the same value. They admitted their mistake but policy said no refund. That's it. Suck !

β β β β β This is the place I experienced the worst customer service ever compare to many other electrical gadget stores in Penang. There were more than 3 employees working and there was not many customers at the moment and they did not entertain me despite I told them what I was looking for. After waiting for 15 minutes, they finally showed me the laptop I was looking for and let me wait for another 20-25 minutes which they are supposed to install Windows for me on that laptop. And guess what, I waited so long just to see one of them playing games on his smartphone (I would not know it if I din't walk towards him and ask for his help to test the camera quality of the laptop)...as soon as I realised how terrible the service was, I immediately gave reasons to leave the store. What a waste of time and effort visiting this store.

β β β β β Deeply disappointed with the customer service. They did not mention the shop's warranty period when I bought the product and as it turns out, the product is defective. I had to turn to the manufacturer's warranty to solve this issue. The salesman are not friendly or apologetic when I consulted them about this issue either. I would rather give zero star if possible.

They dint even mention or let me know about that
Sumore the monitor stand they forget to put it inside the box
I have to come to the shop just for a stand....
They cant even deliver a stand for their mistake
