poor service, buy a ticket but there are people sitting in the seat. And have to wait 30 minutes to settle.

Seriously, GSC KULIM..I want to buy popcorn, it's the slowest and worst movie at 7pm, but there's no popcorn .. nuggets x there, what is this ... kemon GSC, x I want to sell tickets with water and hotdogs only..? ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst GSC I've been to. The seats are ridiculous, causing neck pain. Not comfortable at all. Feels like there's no ventilation as the aircond is not felt at all. Hands down the worst cinema I've been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No responsible workers...i booking ticket 2.30pm movie.but they said children not allowed and can replace other movie.so I booked 8.55pm show.then when I come 8.55pm they said housefull.then I ask can refund they said can't.so my ticket burn.waste my money and time.. Irresponsible employee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Cant really feel the aircond inside the hall and it was the first time i went to a cinema with no popcorn?!! Options for snack are very limited, everything is unavailable except for hotdog. Disappointed
