★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experince in this cinemas today the supervisor or manager name Zulaika if im not mistaken. She was too rude when i was ordering my food. She took my order then she give me the popcorn in a rude manner by putting the box on the counter in a harsh way like hit the box and the counter. I felt it was very rude. I when to midnight show I know they might be tired but not need to be harsh la. I really hope gsc look into this. have email u about this as well. I will not recommend people to go here and I myself wont come here again. Thank u

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quite a decent cinema in my opinion. The fact that the mall is so quiet in general means it translates to the cinema as well, so you won't be very likely to see this place too busy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GSC Quill City Mall has the best sound system. Every hall is great in terms of the sound. The bass and surround actually lets you immerse into the movie compared to the other GSC. This cinema is rarely crowded so if you wish to watch a movie like a private screening, this is the spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This GSC cimema at Quill city is my favourite and I come for movies with family once a week. All is well at this GSC outlet except the GSC F&B outlet. The food is good but the staffs maning it are a bunch of uncultured boys and girls, who behave very rudely. Every time I visit this GSC Food pickup Kiosk I loose my mood after interrecting with the staffs there especially the girls manning the food pick up. So very rude. Please the management take note and provide some basic training on customer service. The bunch maning the food out especially after the PKP looks like freshies picked up off the street and put to work without any basic courtise training. Please do some thing your competitor, TGV does a better job in this area. Shame on you GSC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst staffs and management in this branch is not doing their job properly. They never check the tickets when entering show hall and let other people sit in our booked seats which is very dissapointing. I wonder how can the management allow other people to sit in the booked seats. And those people doesn't wanna move from our booked seats and blaming the poor management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to catch a movie, since the mall isn't too crowded nowadays. Top floor of the Quill city mall. Easy parking and even connected via monorail. There are self service ticketing screens as well as ticketing counters. The usual fare of drinks and snacks including good popcorn is here. The cinema hall is clean and comfortable and the air conditioning isn't too freezingly cold. Staffs are helpful and polite. Good place for a movie.
