★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is nice to be back to GSC cinema feels.. Most important is the SOP of the pandemic nowadays .. Meaning cleaniness and hygiene and checking.. So far i would rated them 2 stars .. They need to be more alert especially the staffs there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally think the quality of GSC has declined gradually despite tickets being expensive. Watched yesterday and noticed the sound system are below average and the screens are blur. You can notice them on the subtitles. Please improve. TGV better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since the pandemic, have not been here until today went and watch Maverick with my 2 daughters. A little quiet but i think because it was working hours on Friday. Am enjoying the day out with my girls and also a break for myself with a movie. I noticed they have changed their seats

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is so slow especially to the redeem kiosks. You made food that so difficult to cook for people just want to enjoy the movie. Next time buat nasi lemak so people will line up more. Setakat nak cedok popcorn takkanlah your staff lembab sgt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff that handled the ticket machine is super helpful and friendly as he understood that a lot of us were used to counter system in purchasing the tickets. You can even order food via the machine too. However the system to collect the food is a different story. The line is long despite the counters open a lot for us to collect the food or for those who want to order on the spot. Other than that, the seats are comfy and with Covid SOP, we do feel safe to enjoy the movie that we want
