โ โ โ โ โ Guess what, a pharmacy without a pharmacist. I asked the staff and she said they never had a pharmacist...what?! Disappointing indeed and this is at Bangsar South..Seriously.

โ โ โ โ โ This Guardian outlet is slightly disappointing compared to the larger outlets with wider product ranges. This one is pretty small, and there isn't even a pharmacy here. Many items are simply not available; they only have the minimum products per brand, but even within that, it is not uncommon to find products out of stock. Everything is a bit cramped, since they have to squeeze as many things into such a tight space.
Prices here are the same as other branches. What's great about all Guardian stores is the continuous store discounts and offers. You can get products very much cheaper than at competing stores. Customer service here is a hit or miss. One or two salesgirls are very helpful, while the others are lazy, rude and only interested in watching customers with an eagle eye lest something gets stolen.
All in all, this place is a decent option for anyone in the vicinity looking for some basic amenities. The only competition they face is the Aeon Wellness a few stores away (which is much more spacious with more product options) where products are very much more expensive since Guardian has such frequent discounts.
If you want to get some toiletries cheap, I recommend coming during the weekend sales or discount periods, since you can get products about half off, or get cash discount vouchers. But if you are only looking to browse, test makeup or look for more extensive product ranges, then head over to the Aeon Wellness located on the same floor. Or go to Mid Valley and bask in the glory of the huge, well-stocked Guardian there.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff tak helpful bila ada issue debit card transaction failed. Instead of provide other alternative, but they looked at me like macam i "mencuri and mengeluh few times. What a shame. Please be professional.
