β β β β β Very slow service. Waited 45 minutes for the food to arrive for 3 pax. The food was tasteless salty and cold. Steam chicken not cooked thru properly. Staff unfriendly. Don't waste your time and money in this branch.

β β β β β Arrived to dine in at 8.15. they told us that they are only taking orders for takeaway since they are gonna close at 10, last order at 9. The chicken has finished it seems. If chicken had finished, then just inform us that, rather than telling that no dine in allowed due to that. Seems like they wanna close early, so that they can clean and pack up Early. This is not the first time this has happened. Please change the operation hours to 8pm if you are not willing to take in anymore customers after that.

I get a cup of Chinese tea and on top there is a lot unknown cream . The manager just ask the staff to change another cup and not even say sorry or look at me .
Slow taking order . Staff see you waiving the hand and ignore .
Really disappointing on this

β β β β β Extremely long waiting time. Sit down for 10 mins and nobody comes to u. If you have 30 mins to 1 hour just to wait, go ahead. Owner should add more staff, or hire more efficient & well trained staff to support operation. Have been here multiple times and itβs the same experience over and over again.

β β β β β Service: really slow - the waiters werenβt friendly and attentive, had to wait for a while to order (maybe due to understaff)
Environment: tables werenβt clean properly, there was flies and small insects flying, plates and utensils looked dirty
Food: the steamed chicken wasnβt cooked fully but the rest of the meal was okay
