★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Connected To Universities LRT, KL Gateway Mall and near by Office for working. Everything is there perfectly! But now nearby construction is making me crazy. So noisy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kl gateway..convenience place for modern living style especially for gen Y.Very sophisticated design.With shopping mall,bakeries,so many restaurant like chicken rice shop,western food and others.You can choose whatever you need.24 hours security so comfortable.Have swimming pool,gyms,barbeque site and meeting room.

- water is yellow ish often
- no loading bay, so when you move in, you need to park the lorry outside, and walk down thru the basement ramp to LG2 with all your heavy stuff, bc the guards don't allow you to go thru the lobby
- electricity is expensive bc it's commercial rate bc it's attached to the mall
- security guards are not helpful at all, you're in luck if you can even one that can at least converse with you
- rental is expensive. fully furnished 1+1 is 2k/mth.
- don't stick anything to the wall bc the paint is so cheap it peels off easily
- near few mosques, so if you're very noise sensitive, you'll probably going to wake up in dawn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no recycle bin in this building, some of the security guards is pretty action as well. There is some agents they partition even the living room to few rooms and rented out to make more profits, that is really uncivil behavior, the building getting more lousy tenant nowadays. The most crazy things is surrounding 3 mosques and they will fight for it who is the loudest prayer, everyday 5.45am onwards they will shout out loud, not considerate at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a place worth to extend stay here despite a good mid point location for work & conveniency of LRT & grocery.
- Security guards not so helpful because mostly can't speak English/Malay.
- Landlord always in the defaulter list. It was a pain bringing all grocery stuffs while access card was blocked. Guards very unwillingly to help.
- Check out experience was poor. Agent service was very unprofessional. Delayed in returning payment.
- Bathroom sink & pipe are old. Always caused problem, unpleasant to use. Water is not clean.
- Two months ago, the unit level above us had a fire incident. Fire alarm system not working in our level & our neighbour mentioned security management didn't pick up call. Still, luckily ambulance and police were here in time.
- Gym facilities are basic, just nice for people who want to cycle or run.
- Parking bay is spacious. Guards will patrol time to time.

There are 3 mosques right very near building and they make LOUDEST NOISE from 6am to 9pm EVERYDAY.
Don't live here if you want to get proper sleep. Don't get scammed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Biggest nightmare is the loading bay located in lower ground floor and only below 2.1m (van) are allowed to enter. For Lorry need to park at road side and push the furniture all the way through the super slanted car ramp. I had a piano and need to go through all these can you imagine. Moving in and out takes more energy than going to gym for 3 hours with the risk of your furniture damaging. Head of the management doesn’t being helpful also and rude at the same time. THIS DOESN’T MAKE ANY SENSE AT ALL!!! NO LOADING BAY????? SERIOUSLY??!!!!!????!!!
2. Water is super dirty since the beginning I stay here till the day i move out. Portable water filter need to change weekly as it turn to dark chocolate colour in a week time (yes im not kidding). Complained to management and they say is government problem, and complain to owner and owner ask me to call management. Oh well… The residents here will trust you???
3. There are 3 mosques around (which is fine as we respect other religion), BUT THE BUILDING IS NOT FILTERING ANY SOUND AT ALL! Everynight i need to sleep with MRT (no idea why midnight MRT still active), cars and bikes on the highway, ambulance as lullaby…
I mentioned 3 mosques is becoz, when it started, u need to bear with trio orchastra, before ur alarm ring.
4. You need to be at home when your parcels arrive, or else u need to reschedule the delivery time. Security will not help you to collect (which i dun blame them) but they wouldn’t allow the sender to leave it anywhere or even the bench. Jus need to be ready for this.
Lets talk about good thing.
1. Parking is big and convenient.
2. Swimming pool is big. But when covid hits it has been close throughout years~ didnt even touch the water~
3. Convenient as the shopping mall is downstairs, and MRT is at the opposite.
Totally not value for money as the rental price doesn’t worth the things u need to face.
