★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some sales person is friendly but there is one Supervisor or Manager who seems a little stuck up. The way she reply your question her attitude is a big issue like you don't know anything and she knows better. Sometimes in Sales, is o.k to listen to customers no point even if you win but lose sales in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were served by a senior sales advisor by the name of Rahman at the Gucci Store in Pavilion. He was very well mannered, helpful, patient, bubbly and very welcoming and we were happy with his service! A sales person by the name of Syahirah from Gucci Store in The Gardens is also just as helpful, warm and offers good service unfortunately we didn’t buy anything from her cause what we want was not available at her store. But overall good shopping experience with Gucci!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gucci never disappoint, their stores are always beautiful and well presented, with excellent sales associates, no matter which country I visit their store. For me as a Hong Kong customer, it's nice to know Gucci in South East Asia is priced slightly little bit cheaper, not that it's a lot of still, it's nice. Also the items can be different, so if u know yiur staffs, you'll find something to buy and save a bit, why not?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude salesperson. Was looking at the belt, a sales lady totally ignore my query when I ask her. She just walked off. Although she's attending to a customer, she should not just ignore and walk away. At least you can respond or get your colleague to attend to us.
Another guy staffs was busy talking to each other but never bother attending or entertaining us. When called for them, they don't have the intention to serve properly. ?
