โ โ โ โ โ I like the shoes from Ferragamo but I wasnโt very happy with the service during my last visit in March 2019.
The lady seemed like she was in a bad mood and unfriendly, although she brought me what I needed, I didnโt feel very welcome.
I donโt have her name but my receipt says Cashier: CLIM

โ โ โ โ โ After a disappointing SF trip to Mid Valley, we went to the one in Pavilion, even though I was not that happy because the few choices I saw online are not available here, but the salesperson's (Farris) spirit to serve us wasn't deter when we said we will look around the mall. In the end of roaming around and not getting a good vibe in other store, I told my husband to go back to the shop to make the smiling salesperson happy. I ended up checking out a few bags, and heels. Finally I decided on one bag, 2 pairs of shoes, plus a wallet, however, some of them are in display piece, so, Farris went on to check the availability of new one in other outlet, and he went to collect them from KLCC outlet while we were waiting in the store. Overall, it was a pleasant buying experience, the other staffs were friendly enough to entertain our questions even though F will be there one receiving the commission from my purchase. I sincerely hope that they can keep up with their services. On top of in-store service, Farris did send a Whatsapp message to connect and I did get some important information afterwards. Thank you.
