★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at Pavilion when I noticed the strap of my Celine was almost broken off so I dropped by to enquire about repair. So I had to surrender my bag for repair leaving me with no bag to carry my stuff, the staff offered a paper bag - a used CHANEL paper bag. I'm a loyal Celine customer so handing me a Chanel paper bag to put my stuff in is quite off-putting.

Love the bag design but not the poor packaging
Would rather return to LV or Chanel for next purchase .
