I am a beginner looking for my first acoustic guitar and they helped me to find the best according to my budget. They also helped to setup my guitar so my fingers won't hurt ? How sweet right?
I purchased my guitar online and they always kept me updated on the packaging & shipping process. I can tell that they are really careful and professional in handling their customer's purchase. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has got to be one of my worst experiences of making a purchase ever. The overall experience is comparable when you are approached by insurance agents; everyone is nice and very accommodating, but the moment you make payment everything changes.
I was sold a guitar that was advertised as 'new', that came with loads of problems. The guitar has a 'warranty' of 2+1 years, and basically Guitar Collection went with the approach of 'If the guitar has a problem, you deal with it yourself', after I made the payment.
They do not accept refunds, they do not help you even the guitar is 'new' and 'under warranty'. I was told that they are a reseller and they do not know if the guitar has got a problem or not. So in reality, they questioned everything I say and probably did not acknowledge the fact that there is problem to begin with, although I have provided evidence of a full length video for 7 minutes demonstrating what was wrong with the instrument.
From here on, the story kept on changing. In the begining I was asked to take the guitar to a service centre on my own, but then later they offered to take it back then send it themselves. They refused to acknowledge the issues that the guitar had and told me that they will send it to a service centre to check, discrediting everything I say along the way.
The warranty is actually offered by the original manufacturer, but Guitar Collection refuses to take any accountability nor help me make use of the warranty which is normally included in the price of the guitar. They advertise it as a guitar with warranty, but take no action, hold no responsbility and make no effort in making the situation any better.
My advice to you as a consumer is to buy instruments from either Music Bliss or from Bentley, they have professional staff and are willing to help if there is a problem. Do not make the same mistake and save yourself the trouble, I have spent so much money and time and trying to fix something that was supposed to be new.
The best part is when their designated person hanged up the phone at the end of the phone call when I confronted him about his discrepancies. Purchase at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happily surprised at the quality of the guitar, and the service (action adjustment, inspection, and general setup ) provided by Lee of Guitar Collection. He sent me videos every step of the way as this was done fully online. Finally it was delivered to me in less than 24 hours!
Overall brilliant expereince!
