I love their friendly service. Having no clue to look for what type of Ukulele. They let me try and play for me to hear the differences of wood sound coming from the ukulele. Very helpful. Thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is extremely helpful, they will always help you find the guitar that suits your budget and preferences. I was amazingly surprised by the quality of their guitars. If you are looking for good quality for your money look no further. Bought a $300 Cofe C guitar and literally sounds like a $1000 guitar. Just go and try some of them, you won't regret it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disclaimer: Honestly I am not very knowledgeable about guitars.. just started picking up the hobby again during this year’s pandemic lockdown.
Wanting to replace my 20+ year old guitar, a friend mentioned this shop in Starling Mall @Uptown (S-220, 2nd floor).
Edwin (hope I got his name right :P) kindly brought down and tuned 2 guitars, then allowed me to comfortably try & switch between both until I could make up my mind; offering helpful info / mentioning little details I would have otherwise missed.
Am very happy with this acoustic guitar @ rm1180 - IMHO: light, slim form factor, sounds lovely, a joy to play! ??♀️ and nice to hug too! teehee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptionally well-built guitars at an affordable price. Guitars come with very nice action out-of-the-box and a lifetime setup warranty! How many guitar stores or brands can give you that? And to top it off, it's a local brand by a local luthier!
Extra kudos to Chris who without doubt elevated my entire experience with the brand. He was extremely patient & helpful throughout the entire process of my purchasing of the guitar. ZERO first-time buyer jitters!
I highly recommend anyone interested in getting a new guitar to check them out!
