β β β β β call 2-3 hari lepas tanya sabtu buka pukul berapa, cakap pukul 11. harini (sabtu) datang terpacak dari pukul 11 sampai nak dekat pukul 12 tak buka2. call berkali-kali tak angkat (nombor ofis kan, memang tak angkat la kalau kedai tak buka lagi)
 call 2-3 days ago ask what time Saturday is open, say 11 o'clock today (Saturday) came stuck from 11 o'clock until close to 12 o'clock not open2. call many times not picked up (office number, right, it doesn't pick up if the store isn't open anymore)
