★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expectations: like KLCC branch, good food, good technique.
Reality: overpriced warong food.
There is no finesse in preparing the food. Chicken is overcooked, broken rice, curry tastes like santan.
Certainly does not meet the standard.
Priced as KLCC, with no decor, no service, no technique.
Overall, I'm not satisfied. Avoid this branch, for now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had lunch here w my family. Upon entering a bit taken back that the place was very small. In short, its more of a fast food vibe place, not the usual madam kwan most of us familiar with.
Pros: Food taste was okay, albeit slightly below par with the the usual taste for my nasi gorg otak2) others was fine (chicken sweet sour, asam prawn, dumpling, nasi lemak)
Cons :
i) Order at counter, no waiter.
ii) Very limited beverage selection, no hot drinks, only canner drinks (coke etc) and mineral water
iii) Small place so not so cozy
However, I feel that the most troubling part is the pricing. The menu prices are similar with what you’ll pay if you go to like KLCC, sunway, etc. But considering that I have to memorize my order and place them at counter, along with non restaurant experience as well as slightly below par taste) and for drinks like eg a can of coke, is rm8.50,value for money out the window there.
All in all, if you’re looking to experience your usual madam kwan, perhaps this place might disappoint you. Take away should be fine though . I feel that maybe this branch need to put up a different sign like “express” so that people can differentiate. Prices also need to be revised i think if you’re lacking the cozy restaurant ambience.
However, I hope this place would still thrive and overcome all the shortcomings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always heard great reviews for their nasi lemak. 1st time trying. At RM25.90 for nasi lemak, not worth it. Other dishes tasted ok but hard to justify the price. 25.90 for average portion Char Kway Teow and >RM30 for chicken chop and fish chips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just have certain menu not like branch Madam Kwans at Sunway Pyramid. We go for the dinner but they dont have many choices its quite disappointed. All of us just order mineral water coz most all for beverage in menu are not available. The place also quite small.
