Panel clinic for company such as Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam, University of Malaya & many more.
Saturday - Clinic open at 8:30 am but doctor available at 9 am.
Payment - Cash only. Credit / debit cards not acceptable.

1) The front desk staff did not have a courtesy to greet the incoming patient, no eye contact and spoke with a condescending tone.
2) The locum doctor was incompetent. Drew my blood sample (for full test) twice as he said, "Not enough blood". So, the 2nd puncture was excruciating. He was quite klutz when dropping some of my blood on his working desk - such a biohazard mishap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi! My sister recently came in today with a common fever due to haze. Her medical bill amounted to RM75.00, which I find quite unreasonable. Upon contacting the clinic to enquire on cost breakdown, we were informed that the consultation fee was RM30.00, MC RM10.00, Medicine RM35.00 (Flu, cough and fever only-- common, over-the-counter brands). The fact that this should amount to such a high cost is shocking as it was a simple medical case due to the haze situation. To be frank, even clinics in USJ do not charge this high for the common fever. Additionally, I find it unfair that the MC should be chargeable as (to my understanding) it is issued along with medical consultancy. Even so, I feel that RM10.00 for MC is not affordable. With many parties taking advantage over the haze situation (stores/pharmacies selling N95 masks at high profit margin, etc), I hope you find this review as a call to be more compassionate and society-oriented in your services. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went earlier this morning, with a severe back pain due to an intense weightlifting. I came there for an MC giving Salam as a muslim to another, however the response was not friendly and it seems like he was forced to work that day, no professional ethics was portrayed by this Dr where he was wearing slippers while attending me as a patient, with an arrogant face, he is the one with the slick back combed hair with glasses (Dr Muhammad Azwan Bin Noor Azam), also the question he asked was sarcastic and the consultation was not free, I paid for such a LOUSY treatment. The question to me that he asked was 'sakit ada yang sampan nak amid MC'. I find that this service not worth my money. thus I do not recommend anyone to go to this clinic.
