β β β β β I had the impression that this showroom is just for show purpose only. No one bother to offer service. One staff standing meters away and pointing this tile and that tile. Too bad. Didnt get a chance to comment the tile quality but service attitude already a no.

β β β β β nice spacious gallery but no staff attend to us. the receptionist just minding her own business. we made some basic enquiry but as a receptionist, don't expect too much. Asked for catalogue but apparently mostly out of stocks. saw the video in the showroom on how they engage with customers with enthusiasms and displaying their top notch service but in reality it's disappointing and a waste of time. we were asked to visit their dealer's showroom instead!

β β β β β Worst experience using qoucera tiles for my house. Unprofessional handling shading problems with left unsolved problems. My advice please donβt use quocera tiles for your projects or own house.

β β β β β We came here to look for floor tiles for our new house. We were attended by a lady by the name of Doreen and we're given very good advices regarding choices of tiles and ideas on colours blending. Very experienced sales consultant and most importantly she was very helpful. ? ?

β β β β β Their tiles look realistic since most of the tiles display inspired by natural stone. Numerous designs to choose from. The tile guru area is very interactive since you can test out a few tiles with different features. Highly recommended

Very natural and give warm feeling to the space. The gallery at PJ personnel give good advise. Huge gallery. with many tiles for selection to do mix & match
