★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generous new office facility, quite confusing as the pedestrian way out of the car park is not well marked and office blocks if entered from the central food court are not assigned with respective letters. Confusing. Parking entrance and exit fully manual, inefficient.

About reaching here :-
It is not so easy to turn into this block from the main road. So you will need to drive real slow, otherwise you will missed the junction.
Google map are not that accurate as it have about 100-200m variances so ... drive slow.
About the surrounding:-
The basement parking basically still quick vacant. Because this building are still not fully occupied.
The surrounding are hongleong assurance and hongleong bank. There is a foodcourt in the middle of these four block .
And convenient store too.
This is a building with elegant black glasses wall .. classic. Aircon is not centralised control.
About the security guard :-
Security guard are friendly and same time quite strict about the registration.
Only ic or divinglicense are accepted for processed your visitor pass.
