โ โ โ โ โ Itโs the worst company ever in my entire life! Iโve ordered 2 units aircond for donation to a centre and the technician said he will reach in half an hours time but came 2 hours late! We waited. Once arrived, he came alone and 1 technician took 2 days to install 2 units of aircond!
Worst still, after installed, 1 unit aircond spoilt and technician was not contactable and company immediately asked for payment.
Without informing me at all, after 3 weeks MIA, the technician went to the centre himself to replaced it without informing me (knowing that Iโm the payor) and suddenly I received a message to ask for the remaining payment.
Very disappointing! Never put hope to this company. They hired a 3rd party technician without good experience.
