★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff not friendly, there's no staff greet me and inform me that they move their reception at ground floor because got iftar booking at 4th floor. Even when call, the staff Fatin doesn't give me resolution for my problems.
Receptionist service very slow, they simply photocopy your IC and didn't cross it. I saw right infront of my eyes, the guy before me, they don't cross the ic copy.
They got different lift, for different floor range.
NOT HYGIENE HOTEL, toilet bowl not clean nicely, floor got soap mark and black mold. Smelly wardrobe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. Fresh design and looks new. Free basement parking. There are some nearby malls such as Mydin and G-Orange. The lobby is at 4th floor and is very neat. They serve free breakfast at the lobby. The room is big and also has good noise reduction and if you're lucky you'll get a mesmerizing view. Has a rooftop pool, kids zone, gym and nearby cafe. Some of the free wifi are functioning well and some don't.

If you are from abroad, this place is a good place and strategic to go anywhere like Pasar Siti Khadija, Wakaf Che Yeh, Pengkalan Kubur duty free market.
so hard to find car wash nearby...
Hotel WiFi coverage is slow in rooms
Breakfast place is huge but food varieties is so basic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 2 nights on hari raya. The meals for breakfasts are nice.
The room that we stayed is generally clean. But the toilet and bathroom are sooo dirty. I would suggest that the hotel management looked into this issue, and send the cleaners for training on how to clean the washrooms. Its like they only rinse the wall and floor, they do not scrub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad f&b management. our family stayed on the third Hari Raya Aidilfitri FY2022. our family went down to eat for dinner at the coffee house. the dish took almost 1 hour and one of the menus we ordered was prepared incorrectly. we asked for plain water even though it took so long to be served. the reason given by the available staff was that the kitchen was too busy preparing the cafe guests ’meals as well as ordering room service. then, during breakfast in the next day, we had to line up for 50 minutes because there were no tables available. I have never had the experience of having to wait in line for breakfast at any hotel's coffee house. Such a nightmare. I have 3 kids and one senior citizens and yet need to line up for having breakfast. Really disappointed. my comment, the management of this hotel is very weak. always with the reason of many guests due to festive season. Please. It's not just you who open the hotel. there are plenty hotels in the big city with sufficient workers so that their guest no need to experience any delay services. stop using a reason of the festive season then you have crowded guests and the hotel is understaffed. Nonsense. Then tell me how does this hotel manage a corporate visits? how does this hotel want to manage a big event like a wedding or grand dinner of a company? the hotel needs to address the shortage of staff and to work out the schedule of hotel staff. in addition, the hotel’s underground parking area has no security guarantees and also no bars. your car could be stolen or robbed. for me this hotel does not deserve 4 stars. 2/3 stars is enough. very poor hotel management quality. I wont come back to this hotel.

❌Bathroom so dirty ..the bathroom floor is slippery than tofufa, elderly & pregnant lady pls take extra care on this .
Dear management, Pls look into this issue, you can see from all the review here... Most of the guest are satisfied with your hotel but not your washroom....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in was simple a quick with our Agoda booking. We paid RM490++ for the room and I thought it was a bit pricey but considering other properties were fully booked at the time, it was not something to complain about too much.
The room was spacious with very comfy king size bed. The bedding was super comfy.
The toilet was clean and facities provided was good. They had separate frosted glass cubicles for the toilet and shower.
The breakfast wasn't too good though. The hot was crowded at 100% occupancy but the breakfast could have been better managed I suppose. They served a variety of local and continental food. Not much choice for a vegetarian like me though. They made us share tables to cater for the crowd, which was okay but some people might have minded I suppose. Food quality could have been better too.
I am giving an overall five star simply because Iamaged to sleep more than 11 hours is one go, that should say something about comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice and simple hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Lobby located on 4th floor. Rooms were maintained well and cleaned well. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to my needs. Although a bit far from the city, but still convenient. Next to the hotel, there’s a small cafe, a mart and a supermarket across the street.
