โ โ โ โ โ I have been a customer of Victoria Facelift for many years now, and obviously very pleased with the service and the result, I continue to use their services after all these years.
Among their many well trained consultant aestheticians, May stands out as a shining example for professionalism; customer centricity; and dedication to the industry. The treatment regime is clearly explained, step by step: viz cleansing; exfoliation; extraction; face lifting/firming and lymph detox massage; andย finishing off with moisturising and sunblock.
Post treatment discussion includes photo reviews over a warm and comforting cup of red dates ginger tea. At this point, current offers are laid on the table for consideration. As a result, I've signed up for additional sessions, and bought their Rubyglow 992 with RESVERATROL which were on offer.
May I add, the entire crew in 1Utama are friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to my next session, and further promotions/offers.

After signed expensive package very hard to make appointment and the next treatment after my trial she make me wait for 40mins.keep pushing expensive skincare set mentioned the price will go up next month but in fact not.Overall experience not pleasant. Not recommend

โ โ โ โ โ I did my complimentary treatment by Hailey Chen , she is a wonderful person .. She does know her job very well .. Although it was a free treatment for me but honestly they treated me as if I have paid for the service .. Right from the consultation to the very end of the treatment I enjoyed every single step of it .. I am sure at one Utama there are other consultants as well but believe me Hailey Chen is superb , do ask for her next time you visit one Utama .. The best thing with Victoria Facelift staff is that at every step they will tell you what they are gonna do and what they are gonna use .. I was so impressed with the quality of the services they provide .. They are not very pushy unlike other salons .. I am one happy customer and I will definitely comeback and recommend my friends to pay a visit for the treatment ..
