I am Rini Oktiwi, an international student from Indonesia now residing in Malaysia. To begin, I'd want to express my dissatisfaction with your staff's attitude in Michael Kors KLCC in Malaysia. When I entered the boutique, the staff member requested to see my vaccination certificate, which I provided in the form of my digital passport, which includes my vaccination certificate for the first and second dosages. Additionally, my vaccination certificate is written in two languages: Bahasa Indonesia and English. Surprisingly, he refused to let me into the shop, stating that the immunization certificate needed to be in mySEJAHTERA (Malaysian apps for Covid19 status). However, I informed him once more that I received the vaccine in my native country, not in Malaysia. He was pretty impolite to me. then as I entered the boutique, he did not provide me with good customer service. During this MCO period, everyone is wearing face mask so all the focus point will be at your eyes level. Don't frown or giving impatient service to customer. Very, very terrible! If you're unhappy with your job, just step aside and I'm sure many people will be gladly to stand your position.
And then I ended up to Malaysia's Micheal Kors Pavilion, where the personnel is quite friendly and easily accepting of my digital passport. I'm only giving you some suggestions about my situation. Please be respectful of foreigners; not all foreigners had vaccinations in Malaysia. The majority of them received vaccines in their home countries. How come you treat foreigners in this manner when they wish to purchase your products? I am not a first-time purchaser of MK. Many thanks.
