★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to buy a wedding ring for me and my spouse. But the sales assistant didn't even try to attend to us which made us feel very uncomfortable.
If she did attend to us and treated us nicely, we would have bought the rings from this store. But we ended up going to a nicer & much cheaper local gold jewelry store with much better customer service!!!! They are so good at customer service, I even bought extra gold accessories!!
Please improve your customer service! You are chasing your customers away!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad. The man promoter just treat me like i got no money. If u guys don't know how to treat a customer, just work as a guard don't be a promoter. I wonder how a big name Habib Jewelerry got a low service. Is the gold you sell is original or already mix with others material to make its heavy? because i can't see its original by the way your promoter treat me. Btw, the man promoter i can't remember his name but he is wearing a coat, malay race, always looking for his watch after each 3mins on the time he serve me, are you want to remind me that you are rushing? Or your watch is so expensive? I know my watch is not a good condition, but it is first divers computer watch in the world. Knowledge is more expensive than anything ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. The security said need to wait for available staff to attend. I saw 2 or 3 staff available inside the store talking to each other rather than attending the customer.(potential sales)
Maybe they already reach their quota sales, who might know. Totally agree with previous review about this place.
Not recommended. Other places is far of better than here. Their customer service totally ruined the mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After staying far too long at home, going to Habib was indeed therapeutic. Attended by a pleasant knowledgable sales personnel, Uni, made a whole lot of difference. What was great about it was that she showed me pieces that I like without being "pushy". And those present maintained SOP too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To the staff that works on 6/5/2022 at around 8.15, you’re a disgrace. My mother and i came in to buy rings and we were wearing averagely and none and i said NONE of the staff entertained us. This one guy literally passed by when my mother asked to look at the rings. Just so you know we are not POOR. We have the money to buy but it seems the staff thinks otherwise.

Dont leave the customer in the middle ( who already decided to purchase specific jewelleries),because you want to attend another customer, and pass this poor customer to another sales advisor. terrible customer service.
