★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly due to many other different hotpot competitions out there, I don't visit HDL that often. However I passby this outlet when I came to the mall and decided to give it another try due to the clean and comforting restaurant environment. Most importantly, the service crew named Zhi Xin deserved 5 stars for her very attentive attitude and always willing to help. I guess all staff also giving their best but my great experience in this outlet is due to her. Will visit again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff very rude and keep rushing us to turn off the gas when we not even finish eating. Why need to rush us? It’s there any time limits for dine? Also, we open drawer to take the chok stick why your face is so black like I owe u. We paid for meal around Rm270 for 3 pax, I really hate that feeling when we haven’t finish our meal and your staff keep asking to turn off the gas like the feeling wan is faster finish and faster go back

Went on weekday dinner time, can straight walk in, no need to wait.
Service, an undeniable 5 stars.
Just that the server is busy with all her 4 tables, felt bad to ask her for service. All the staffs were so professional and well-trained.
Suggestion:
The tables have no bell/ring for service, perhaps can add them? As some diner would prefer to enjoy their time and not to be interrupted or find the server a bit rather overwhelming?

Complaint :
(1) No snack given ( i been to sunway branch they have but ioi citymall dont have )
(2) after i finish dine in i went out awhile coz i m waiting manicure session. I came back ard 1.30pm for manicure, the staff standing outside HDL with sour face, i ask her where is the manicure, she just ignore me
(3) 牛肚，黄喉 not available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No waiting time. Spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly. Food is fresh. Taufufa and aiyu jelly is delicious. Mushroom soup taste different from what I had in Tianjin, China. I think this is the only diff for food wise.
Will definitely come back. Love the service provided ❤️
