โ โ โ โ โ My go-to ta pau. Love their fragrant rice, chicken portions are generous and that bit of ham choy on the side is a bonus!

โ โ โ โ โ Still by far the best chicken rice place I have been at. I would call this a hidden gem. Their chicken rice soy sauce is slightly sweet and watery type (not thick) which is perfect for me.

โ โ โ โ โ This Chicken Rice has a distinctive flavour, the rice, light brownish in colour accompanied with roasted chicken, sweetened pickle vegetable, sliced cucumber, chilli sauce, soya sauce and served with hot soup. The chicken can be a choice of either the traditional roasted chicken or the hainanese fried chicken. The owners, a Chinese couple were friendly from my first visit itself. The price is far more reasonable compared to other Chicken Rice stalls. My order was for takeaway. ?

โ โ โ โ โ tapao from their foodpanda and the price to portion and the amount of stuff in the rice is super worth and satisfying and the free soup they provide has a lot of good collagen and meat in it

โ โ โ โ โ Flavors were clean - not very salty or oily. The rice was fluffy and had a pleasant pandan ginger aroma. Unfortunately, they ran out of regular Hainanese white chicken in the afternoon and served us kampung chicken instead which was a little more expensive. Overall, it was still quite affordable considering we had kampung chicken. We ordered half a bird, a large plate of taugeh, three plates of rice and Chinese tea - total bill was about RM43. Try going earlier before 1pm if you prefer chicken of the regular variety as the kampung one can be quite tough in texture and it tends to have more bones than meat.
