Their service is really good and they have friendly staffs. Very clean and neat environment. ???? Im really happy and satisfied with the salon experience. Reasonable pricing as well. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the story. Read carefully before you are doing a survey before going to this shop.
I made an appointment on SAT to ask whether SAT has free time/slot for a haircut. The reception guy with a polite sound said SAT has a lot of clients, it can't be made on SAT.
Then, the appointment changed to SUN 5 pm.
I arrived at 4.58 pm and wait at there till 5.50 pm.
During that period, they only said to sit there and wait first.
At 5.51 pm, the employee politely asks me to wash my hair first.
After that, wait for another 5 minutes then finally what they called "Senior Stylist or anything else" finally has FREE TIME to serve me.
Imagine what he does?
During the HALFWAY of cutting my hair, he said "Can give me 5 minutes?"
I was wonder maybe he want to go toilet, OK FINE, it's okay!
However, he goes to cut another client's hair???
??????!!!!!!!
Besides, during the process of cutting my hair, he was like rushing time, cutting at rocket speed??????
I book one day earlier
I reach on time, wait for 1 hours+ but it gives me the worst experience.
SORRY guys
PLS RECONSIDER EVEN IF YOU ARE FINDING A NEW SALOON TO TRY A DIFFERENT STYLE

I have never been to a salon with rude staffs like this.
Made an appointment few days ago, scheduled to get my hair treatment done today. (Supposedly)
They did not pre-empt customers that the only parking available there is only accessible via TouchNGo, not an issue, so I tried to go reload my TnG but I had no cash so I couldn't do the reload at mynews.
So I went to the salon, asking for help, whether if they could just borrow me RM 20 to solve my issue and I will transfer back to them instantly.
They refused to help.
It is okay to refuse to help customer, BUT this hairstylist that I didn't get his name, was attending me with a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE.
I asked for help because there is no ATM nearby, also I wasn't familiar with the area and I was travelling on my own. RM 20 isn't a big amount and I'm pretty sure they have spare cash to help.
This guy came to me and say what you want?
I said, I need help because my TnG has not enough money can you please help?
He said, it is not our obligations to help you.
I said, yeah... but I really need your help can you please?
He angrily went to the counter and took out RM 20 and left it on the counter.
So I asked, can I have your bank account? Or do I pay you back via TnG?
FOR GOD'S SAKE HE WAS SO ANGRY HE SHOUTED AT ME "Its not the matter of money, money we have a lot. Its we have no obligations to help you, we have customers to serve. Please don't come here and 大小声 with us, you wanna do your hair here you do, you don't want to do then don't."
And so I walked off the shop because it wouldn't make sense if I still continue to spend my time and money there.
Wish you guys would look into your attitude when attending to customers who desperately needs help. This is not how you're supposed to act when you're providing service. It is alright if you refuse to help, but you could've conveyed the message with a better tone and choice of words.
It is NOT ALRIGHT to shout at your customer.
Please also don't treat your customers as tho they came here for free service. :)
Maybe because I'm only spending money for a hair treatment so it is not a big enough sales for them to talk nicely to me.

The hair stylists are very friendly and helpful. Good and professional advice given.
Professional in hair colouring I would say the best choice in kepong area.
Price wise .. gave me a shocked on such a well maintained shop the price is cheap!!! Very reasonable!!!! For that quality of services and artworks, it definitely worth it!

Their stylists are very skilled, very polite and very patient in explaining what might work for you or not. They also never force you to purchase a service.
