The residents thus enjoy interesting cave living experience. Furthermore, the cave world will be transformed into water world during rainy days. And all these waterfalls require no extra charge for the residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is very lousy. The lift has been broken for few days now and they hasn’t repair it yet. I have to wait on the G level for 1 hour to get to my level and it’s 37 floor so it’s not possible to use the stairs.
And i tried calling the management to report and complain about the issue. I tried to call the number that they gave to me but no answer. Despite its not even a lunch break yet but nobody answering my call. It’s ringing but no answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best view you can ever ask for...living in the city of KL. Next to nature, the Metropolitan Park. Can hear birds chirping, can see Genting Highland on a clear sky and the golden statue of Batu Caves at a far distance.
The condo is huge...huge parking bays and well maintained...as in cleanliness and security. Easy access to shops and to the park. There is a side gate leading to the park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice buildings, wonderful view. Nice location, just need a 10 minutes drive to get to nearby shops, for plenty of food options, including steamboat. The buildings are quite new, hopefully continue to be well maintained. There is a nice gym room located beside the swimming pool. The swimming pool is quite big, with jacuzzis and kids pool. There is a big bridge across the swimming pool. Kids can have fun to run around. There is also playground.
