★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preferred One Utama outlet. This outlet need to have better management and staff training, there's huge flies in the restaurant and definitely disturbing to dine in such environment. The staff are obviously not well trained especially the person in charge. He should at least groomed himself properly rather looking like a lousy uncle without shirt tucking in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet is very lousy, staff not well train. No manner and order from food panda, show 740pm to pick up but then wait until 830 also can't serve me my food!!!!
The shop is small, not many ppl inside also, but their speed is super slow. I ask the staff to help ask kitchen when my food ready the staff rejected and just ask me to wait .
Worst service ever. Never ever order their food online or dine in!! Waste your time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd time here. The first time i tried the original broth (white) that was really nice, especially the bursting pork ball... It's quality is just like those i had in HK. This time I had the preserved vege broth which is oily and a bit spicy. Don't really recommend it.
If you have the opportunity, should try lunch set.
