★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my hair cut by Jennifer for the first time since the COVID 19 pandemic was announced back in 2020 hahaha AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE EXPERIENCE! I got a nice welcoming ritual, complete with a shoulder and neck massage before I got my haircut. I finally chopped off my long locks and Jennifer was very talented, she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it to look like omggg plus she’s so nice! I’m actually from KL and got this haircut while I was on holiday in Penang but I can definitely see myself saving my hair to be cut here next time again when I go to Penang!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was actually not island plaza but just across the road in Prima Tanjung branch. Always so friendly and helpful and accomodating. The girls even got a little wash as they'd come wet from the pool. They felt like princesses getting pampered and preened. Thanks to everyone for making them feel special.
