โ โ โ โ โ Great service from Chong. He explained my hair condition very well. I bought shampoo from him too. Fall in love with that shampoo as it smells very good and relaxing. Most importantly it will cure my hair root.

โ โ โ โ โ Overall, the service is not good. There were a lot of hair attached to my face and clothes, but they didn't care at all. Also, he received RM 55 from me without giving me a massage or basic service.

โ โ โ โ โ Eddie was my hair dresser in the time I visited, he was absolutely friendly and talkative. The SOP there wa sdeifnitely up to standards, wouldn't mind going there again, no, I would definitely be going back there again to get my hair cut.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice ambience, went in the morning for anti frizz treatment, got a drink water and sweets. Everyone looked profesional and friendly. They did try to suggest some products to me, but didn't pester on that idea. Just suggest and go on with the procedure I was there for. Only one thing i didn't like, that is 2 people were drying my hair, tugging from each sides. I think I told them at least 3 times when it is painful. Yet they continue to do it. I know they wanted to do it fast, but it was painful for me.

โ โ โ โ โ Been to this outlet twice now. My stylist is Choong who I highly recommend. Gives good advice on your hair condition and an amazing neck and shoulder massage. He really goes the extra mile to ensure his customer is happy. So pleased to have found a suitable stylist within a short distance from home.

โ โ โ โ โ I walked into Hair Story without an appointment and Chong accommodated me happily.
I showed him a picture of the haircut which I wanted and he worked on that and I was pretty impress with his workmanship.
Chong also did a hair diagnosis for me and told me what my hair was lacking and the scalp care that I need to pay attention to.
The place is clean, modern, sanitized and the price is very reasonable for a senior cut.
Highly recommended!
