★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sub-standard service... Waiters busy talking to notice to take orders, spilled tea because was too lazy to use tray and didn't bother to wipe the table. We asked for an extra plate, it was dirty. The changed plate was also dirty. No one really wants to be working there. Food was ok tasting but seems like more worth it last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide range of food option here with noodles, rice, chicken, beef and etc. Thundertea here is a must. Rice portion is big while noodle portion will be smaller. But price might be a little big higher. Drinks price consider high. Located inside basement floor of gurney plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located inside at the lower ground floor of Gurney Plaza, this restaurant spells Hakka in every aspect. However, food is only so so and I find most of the dishes either too salty or too Sourish. Dessert is also too sweet. That said they have a large selection of Hakka and Hakka fusion dishes. With a bit of quality control I believe this place can be a super hit. As for now, I believe there are many other places in Penang that has much better food.
