β β β β β Sorry to say that is not the answer. I don't trust online payment and the link that you are giving its not giving the Etiqa Company image at all. It look like spamming website or fishing. Please make sure the comfortability for walk in customer at the counter. I'm prefer walk in because that the easy way to communicate and get the better understanding is there any question arise.

β β β β β My car's insurance and road tax was expired over 6months as I did not renew it due to MCO and the stay home order. En Halim was very responsive, he assisted me with renewing my car insurance (all online) within a few hours. Would definitely come back for future insurance renewal.
