★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New place looks nice but not 100% finish yet still under construction on some area. Expect a lot of dirty / confusing road. Its a huge area indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must ask permission to move in from management especially you are bring in big furniture. Any kind of delivery will be drop at the lobby. Sometimes the lifts acting up, you can't press any button; just get out and save your time. Don't forget to greet the security guard, they're friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ better call it Cockroach city, I ended up developing an allergy and moved out by terminating my tenant contract prematurely. Even pest control can't help. they are breeding in the wall cracks all over the building.

Management will cut off your electricity even after you paid, you have to physically visit their office to pay and show receipt.
No car parks, always full, dirty lobby, the management doesn’t care about your voice and they have no responsibilities, nobody cares about the cleanliness or security.
Your parcel will just throw at a lobby’s corner And wait for people to steal it, genius arrangement.
All I can say the management team sucks.
Very very very poorly maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Empire City for unit viewing for rent. ONE WORD: A NIGHTMARE!!!!! I am completely traumatized from my first visit and I'll never come back. I can't even bear people mentioning "Empire" to me. It's definitely not a fit place to stay. You could see the glass walls are cracked from the outside of the building. The place is totally an abandoned constructions which obviously is very dangerous especially for ladies living alone. The buildings were very smelly which comes from the whole lot of rubbish (that I saw) thrown from the upper floors to the abandoned construction sites. If you ever thought of renting or staying here, please get rid of those thoughts. This place is a nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is horrible for a lots of reason,
1. Every morning 6 am until midnight 12 am there will be construction noises beside you even during holiday and weekend.
2. The lift services are bad, not only it was slow with a limited number of 3 lift, everyday there will be people trap inside the lift
3. The electricity and water disruption happens way to often, almost every week, plus if you are a tenant and your owner did not pay quit rent and maintenance fee(most of them did not pay) the tenant will receive all the warning and notice but not the owner, and electricity and water disruption until the owner pay or the management decide to let you use it a little bit longer
4. The access card scanner will always broke down leaving you standing in front of the door until the security guard open it for you
5. The parking lot is a mess, nobody parked at fixed place, meaning you have to remember it every time you parked and need to use the car again, which give you a lots of trouble if you have multiple car parked at different places
6. There is no shop lot at all unlike what the internet mentioned, just 1 7-ELEVEN and a expensive mamak store
7. The management team is slow and did not did their work, as mention there will always be water and electricity disruption, but they did not give any notice whatsoever sometimes, and if you try to call them for services, all they will do is passing from one colleagues to another because they are lazy, after wasting your time all they will do is asked you to call again another time
Lastly if you wish to stay in this place because you found a cheap rental price, forget about it, its not worth it, i suggest you live in another condo aprt etc because this place is just too horrible for people to live in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad place to stay in. Even though the owner is good, yet the management is very poor!
1. Electricity bill very expensive. More than RM150 even not using the electric for 1 month due to working outstation.
2. Don't expect the management will respond to your emails, they are very lazy and slow to do their job! And they will not answer your phone call too.
3. No reserve parking. First come first served. After 7pm there will be no parking. Goodluck in finding it.
4. The lift always slow and sometimes broken.
5. The building is very smelly. Full of cockroaches.
I will never stay there anymore. Constructions everywhere and if go back late night, they might close the road and you have to go all around to find entrance. Smh
