★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice,cozy and clean place to stay. I love and missed this place whic is i stayed here for 2years before shifted to Tropicana. Environment, facilities and safe guard are great. Their swimming pool view was amazing .Strategic condo to stay which is very near to Tesco Mutiara, shopping mall The Curve ,MRT station and Empire City. Surrounded by many restaurant from nice decent restaurant to very local food. Highly recommended to those who looking for nice and affordable condo at Damansara Perdana area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ strategic place to stay especially very close to mall and MRT station.4.30pm everyday will be heavy jam but not bother me lot,biggest issue rental/owner own dog and let dog barking for almost every day.management not do anything except give a warning.if plan for stay for long term,forget it find another studio's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to live here around 1 year. Very nice place to stay. Pool view extremely well. Walking distance to The Curve, Tesco Extra & IKEA. You can take bus to go Mutiara Damansara station and 1 Utama.
