Perdana Emerald Condominium

Had a chance to attend an event here held in their multipurpose hall. Very convinient for guess (if coming on the weekend I think) as we can just park on the roadside instead of needing to go into the visitor parking that is very far. The multipurpose hall was on the ground floor, and there's a toilet for guess too I think. Saw a vending machine nearby the main entrance too. Just so you know, visitors cannot go into the lift and into residents premises without the residents themselves having to fetch us on the ground floor because they use special touch-card for security that is only valid for residence.

Nice, quite place for the rich or middle class people. Convenient (by walking distance) to shops for groceries, daily affairs and of course food!! There's a nice (a bit different from China Beijing tourist hot-spot) peking duck shop over that area, ppl who crazy about duck can try.

If navigation just to emarald condo.. Yes it will bring you there.. Unless if its different block

Decision i had made to rent here is the best. Good management, very strict to enter the Condo, privacy and quite enviroment. Also the first i got here i thought the building was new or less than 5yrs build. Then i know from my housemate it was an old building but been maintained well ! The security guard very friendly and always give a hand to help. More to family neighbourhood.

Love staying here. The security is on top?? I don't know much about the facility as the SOP didn't allow it (swimming pool and gym). This area also not bad as you can find mamak in a walking distance but not that much of authentic malay food but still there are few stall open in the morning which you can taste the malay nasi lemak. Jaya grocer could also be reached out in walking distance from here so it is easy for me who doesn't own any transport. Overall it is a good place to stay.
