★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lied to our face. We tried to buy a boat ticket back to the entrance of the National Park and asked THREE different times “this ticket will take us on a boat back to where we came from?” The first time they said yes be here at 9:45am. When we arrived at 9:40 they said a truck would take us to the boat. Then the truck took us to their resort and the guy pointed us to a mini van so we asked again “we bought a ticket for a boat?” And he said the boat left at 9am, this was the same man who told us to be there at 9:45am. Finally we got into the van despite being lied to because we did not see another option. If you can use another company do it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They bring you from KL or Cameron highlands to a remote pier at the boarder of that park to change into the boat. Apparently all connections a have a mysterious +1 h layover. We got charged different amounts for the same trip. Then you sit there with only a crappy restaurant which is not able to distinguish between fried rice and bland rice. To round up the experience the restrooms are 0,50rm and disgusting. Avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience ever. They don't even deserve 1 star. They're always "on the way" in fact they're not. They don't inform things beforehand which in turn cost us time. We waited for 1 hour at Kuala Tembeling for the bus (heading back to KL), which they eventually apologised saying that it's unforseen circumstances. Turns out, they actually had another group of people to pick up, and I think that's the reason why they could manage to spend our time waiting at Kuala Tembeling just to allow them to come on board together. The food served was bad, especially in Kuala Tembeling Taman negara Restaurant, the food was very oily.
Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Delay delay and delay! When you mentioned to depart at 9am, please depart when all the tourists are ready, we have been waiting for the driver for 30minutes to depart. Secondly when we reached taman negara and go to the departure point for activity, the guide was late for 30min and asked if everyone have the entry and camera permit, YOU DONT EVEN MENTIONED THAT WE CANT GET THE TICKET ON THE SPOT. Then, everyone has to go to the ticket counter to get the permit (you have to pay for the boat to cross over the river to the ticketing counter). The activity was successfully began on 11am where the timetable stated that the departure time 930am. Taman negara is a very nice place, stop ruining tourist expectation in Malaysia and provide a better service to them, time is very important to all of the tourists!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is really too much, but it is the minimum. They told us that transport to Perhentians is cancelled early this season because the islands are closed because of the Tsunami.... (we assumed he meant the one in Sulawesi? I'm no expert but it seems unlikely?!). Anyway, they offered us a taxi to Besut, which was horribly expensive.
When you go pay for your permit across the road at the Ranger's office, you'll see another travel agent (I think they are called Danz travel agent); some young kids who are very accomodating. They arranged for transport without a problem! So if you need anything, go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think most of the European traveller always have problem with everybody. And from my point of view is be a generous traveller and big spender. Then u will be treated like king. I used Han Travel Service, i purchased what they offered to my family, (2Adults & 3 Child)including those optional tour. No problem at all. Five star for this tour operator and Han Rainforest Resort. Keep up the good work...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has no provide sufficient information for all the travel package. During my 4days 3nights trip, we were not informed that the canopy walk is not available (which need another 2 years for maintenance) but yet it is advertised. However, the food provided for us is way too unworthy, we are Malaysian, we are barely unable to accept the portion and price for the food. The total price for this trip is too expansive and there are no refund for those activities cancelled without any notice. We feel cheated from the advertisement. #worthless #expansive #bad
