Worst service! Send in my Mercedes for an insurance claim because I thought they were 'professional" and has the original parts. But I send in my car for almost 1 month only did they did the analysis and came out with "Brake pad, Engine Oil..." I requested to show me the full report of my car, but they kept pushing away saying they can't give me the report, it's "Private and Confidential". I'm not requesting for OTHER cars report, rather MINE. Can you BRAIN THIS? Cause I can't! Btw, do you think I will go through such a hassle for insurance claim if the parts were this small and had to be delayed for so long? My usual mechanic would just get it done within 24 hours itself. Did a full analysis and this time only did they say the "dual clutch transmission aka gear box" needed to be replaced. OF COURSE I KNEW, that's why I send in for an insurance claim. Then they allow 3rd party to remove my vehicle camera. They claim that it's other party that took it, but yes, I send in my car to your service center, I expect security for my car too! Does that mean parking my car in Mercedes means anyone can have access to my vehicle? After a long 2-months or more follow-up only did they settle and get the car fixed. The service people only know how to keep pushing their responsibility away. Mercedes is a nice car with great driving experience, but their service and service center sucks big time! With this service, you're just going to bring down the Mercedes reputation only!

A complete and superb ownership experience. The amenities and service is good. Attending staff very courteuos. They provide small selection of food and drinks, massage chairs, kids play room.

Have an appointment at 9am. Arrived at 8:55am. Checked in to be attended with queue no. at 9am with only 1 no. ahead of me. At 9:05am, the earlier guy was attended. I had to wait until 9:25am to be attended. The service advisor attending to me is like just awakened from his sleep, not attentive and no eye contact. A disappointment for the brand…not to mentioned when I sent and collect my other car after service here, midway home I heard a sharp sound of metal hitting my undercarriage. I stopped and checked. They forgot to tighten my engine cover, and 2 out 4 screws were missing. What a workmanship…a disappointment for Hap Seng Balakong and the brand.

Sadly, we do our own 'shopping' throughout our visit. Tried to approach the sale person & ask 1 of the car series. Instead of assisting us, we got ask to check out the car by ourselves & will follow up with us after finish arranging the paperwork. As advise, we check out the car by ourselves while waiting for the sales person (for est. 15 to 20 mins) but end up not even glimpse of the sale person shadow. Sorry to say but I think it might be because they hit their this month target, hence, we need to endure such treatment. Guess no choice but to take our biz elsewhere.

3 Stars… Well we need senior sales team to entertain customers.. this is a luxury showroom and the purchase is not cheap ? We welcome newbie but train them for at least 1 or 2 months buddy them with senior sales team. Do improve this… Customer can walk in anytime if the week, don’t just get prepared for weekends.

Staff at security post is polite and efficient. Staff at reception is polite and hardworking. Keep up the good job. Staff at technical dept promise to give me a quotation to service the gearbox but never keep his promise. Hope the big boss look into this matter

Purchasing experience was top notch. Served by Aaron Low who introduced and explained all vehicles type that suite your preference. He is an experienced and a dedicated professional who does not differentiate status. Showroom is large and packed with all kinds of MB models displayed, however air conditioning was poor at some hidden areas, otherwise everything is perfect!
