Always smiling and willing to serve. Top notch service. Not forgetting Sharizam who personally looks into all the issues I raise with my car and goes all out to ensure that I am a happy customer.

Special thanks to Mr Nantha, Muhamad Ali & Ajwad for handling my latest service in this branch. My car took 1 day to finish and they personally send my car directly to my home the next day. Very convenient and saving my time so much.
Looking forward to deal with this service advisor and team in the future.

The car was delivered on time with a called received from Mr. Ali advising me well in advance the time he is delivering the car.
Very professional both of them as named above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a problem with the camera of my E300. The complain was attended by Ms Mandy (Sales) who later forwarded to Me Eugene (Services). He arranged an appointment. My car was picked up promptly by Mr Siva, and then checked by the service team. Later on the same day Mr Ali send my car back to my office. The problem has been well taken care of by the team. I appreciate their commitment & support to attend to this issue swiftly. Thanks team C&C Glenmarie

Kudos to driver (En.Mohd Ali) and service consultant (Mr.Danny). Both of them provided professional and excellence service to me during this pandemic. En.Ali delivered my car promptly and in nicely order. From sanitizing the car interior and wrap the seat and steering wheel with protective cover.
Extensive update and service by Mr.Danny on status of my car. He updated earlier by a day before the car was delivered as well as the service status.
Overall, great job to both of them !!! Well done !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent services are provided by Muhammad Ali & Danny and yet friendly during this pandemic periods.
Muhammad Ali was pick up my car to the service centre with well organise and do a good jobs on the current pandemic SOP and he is a nice guy.
Extensive update from Danny with the status of the car once receive at the service centre and explain the services to be done on this service.
In overall both of them do a great jobs & professionalism on their service provided.
