 I ordered takeaway through food panda. Their preparation time is too long. Every time I have to wait for more than 40 minutes, the budget time of food panda has been changed from the original 20 minutes to a longer budget time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a fan of Happy Bear & Friends and have been ordered for many times since I love the taste and quality of the food. But today I was so disappointed from the food I got from the shop. I and my friend order from the Happy Bear & Friends Nibong Tebal branch via Food Panda. THE FOODS WERE NOT EVEN FULLY COOK (See the photos), very oily even the oil dripped out from my fried dumpling. I'm not sure what happens with the shop (may be changed the employees or manager?) but I hope they improved these problems.
