β β β β β The way my masseuse massaged meβ I felt like I was a punching bag stuck in the middle of a war :)
I shared a double-bed room with my partner, and both our masseurs were chatting loudly throughout the 90 mins.
Also the oil used left my skin feeling really irritated, itchy and red. Not the best experience.

β β β β β The masseur did the massage well, but I still prefer the masseur from Healthland. While waiting in the lobby, the manager's phone was so loud. It's quite a contra to the soothing background. While in the massage room, we can hear the workers chatting outside quite clearly. Message wise is ok, just the ambience much more to improve.

β β β β β Good environment and massaging not bad. But when I went there together with my partner, the two massage girls keep chatting while help us to do massage. I hope management can advise them do not chat during massaging so that customers can relax and rest well. Besides, I think they need some improvement in hygiene. They wipe your feet then wipe your body. A bit itchy after massaging. They simply throw the wiping cloths onto the floor. Please take note on that. Thanks. Their massaging skills not bad. Hopefully got improvements for next visit.

β β β β β Good massage and value for money! I had a 60-min oil massage with Wati and paid RM88. All the workers I saw wore masks. They also wore gloves, which I personally think is unnecessaryβ¦I would prefer that the management spend the money on air purifiers instead (to improve air ventilation and reduce COVID risk).
