★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Phillips hair clipper with 3 year warrenty(the sales person emphasized). It did not work well especially on the power switch and I had obvious evidence on video. When I ask harvey norman to change the product showing the malfunctioning video, first they said hygiene product like clipper I have to ask for repair service directly to Phillips service center, and when I asked about their responsibility they suggest that they will send the item instead of me but it will take many weeks up to 3 months. I asked them to do so, then the person open the excel file and take 10 min to input the information on the excel file. I just stopped asking for service and walked out. When they sell, they talk about service but when service is needed, there's no service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my experience, I choose Harvey Norman online because I believe it trusted company, but unfortunately after make an order on 21 April ..item (washing machine) is back ordered with estimate received in 20days! :( I understand if delay because of MCO but this is so disappointed. On 9 May 2020, I went to store ask for replacement if any ready stock that suit with my budget but not available. Glad that staff there so friendly and helpful.. Finally, after long waiting .. I received a phone call that item is now available, on 16 May 2020 done delivery, staff handle with care and help with installation .. Overall, customer service is very good and got promo when purchase at website. thanks ?

Both staffs who I spoken today, 02-Oct-21 at 1.20pm are either inexperience or showing no patience being clueless when we asked for comparison between products.
We visit the shop hoping them to advise the comparison; however i was being ask to read the product details from website.
I suggest the management look into this feedback, provide training, and educate the staff for better customer service.
